The heart of Bonus 2000 is the Application Form. The user enters some information about the client, the source and reason for the business, then the actual policy information under the section titled Apps. Single or multi-line sales can be entered, along with split sales and multiple premium types. Annual premiums are calculated automatically by the system.


At the bottom of every sale, the system calculates total premiums, apps, and bonus amounts based on the rules that you set up. In this manner the sales staff can see the bonus amounts as they are being generated, giving them the extra incentive needed to get that extra product line sold. There are reports for basically every field on this screen, giving your agency unlimited power in viewing the productivity of your staff, your advertising, even the lag between written and issues policies!

The next screen shot is the Policy Type screen. This is where you would add product lines that are then entered in during a sale entry on the Application Form. As you can see from the picture, each policy is given a name, a type (Auto, Fire, Health, Life, or Miscellaneous), and a Bonus Pay Type. Every policy can be paid on a per app basis, or on a percentage of premium, or a variable premium scale. Your imagination is the limit with this versatile system!

Your staff can even view their own specific sales, not be forced to sift through mountains of other user's data! The Applications By Rep form lists all of the sales by a specific rep, allowing them to easily locate and call up past sales by simply double clicking on the appropriate line!

Bonus 2000 takes the worries out of security as well! Sensitive setup screens and commissions structures are protected by administrative passwords.
