Annual Support

In addition to 90 days of free technical support, you have the option to purchase a yearly support contract.

This contract entitles you to continued free technical support as well as one FREE software upgrade per year. The support contract can be purchased along with the Bonus 2000 software, or the first time you require technical support once your initial 90 days has expired. All sales are final, no refunds will be accepted on software that is purchased. However, we encourage technical support as your needs may change,  therefore creating a need to change the software accordingly.

Pricing for the Annual Support contracts are as follows:

Standard Version                 $ 50.00 per year

Customized Version             $ 72.00 per year

Payment and Delivery

Once you have chosen Bonus 2000 software, you may pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, electronic or paper check, or Debit Card. Checks should be made payable to Vanguard Business Systems. Once again, please remember that all sales are final, no refunds will be accepted on software that is purchased.

The software CD and instruction manual will be sent by Priority Mail once payment has been received. Once you have received the CD, you may also request a one-on-one telephone appointment to walk you through the installation, setup, and use of the Bonus 2000 software, although this is not usually necessary with the standard version. It's just that easy!
